TDG Series Frequency Feeding Scale

The TDG series frequency feeding scale is a new improvable frequency scale which is based on the technical advantages of the similar equipments. The features of the scale:

dual metering roller, longer relative metering segment, high metering accuracy, ±0.5% higher.

the force sensor is used the high precision compression and tension force sensor which is used the stainless steel as the elastomer. It has high precision, small drift, good repeatability, high overload capacity. It can work long and continuously.

the frame of scale is formed by bending steel. It is firm and beautiful, reliable and working long.

using skirt belt, with automatic belt tensioner, quto-correction device.

the motor speed reducer is the special reducer of the Schenck scale. It is used the direct connection. It is simple and reliable and has long life.

Components of the system:
The main components are feed hopper, feed machine body, transmission, weight sensor, speed sensor, transducer, control instrumentation or industrial computer. This system can use in single equipment separately, or use in many equipments and multiplex circuits or one equipment and 16circuits to control the feeding. It can link the upper computer through the RS-485, to make DCS.
The selection of feeder: 
Typical feeder hopper is suitable for most pouring materials. For the pouring powder materials, we should use impeller coal feeder or screw feeder. For the sticky or bagging materials, we should use vibrating hopper or electromagnetic vibrating feeder. Special design for special circumstances.
